Course Description

The Advanced Diploma of Computer Systems Technology is a course focused on high-end networking and programming skills, enabling students to seek work as a network engineer, networks administrator or systems developer.

After completion of this course, students will be expected to be able to install, configure and administer advanced secure routing and switching networks, setup secure wireless networks, configure Voice over IP and administer Linux networks. Students will learn advanced object oriented programing, develop mobile apps, server scripting and network programming. They will also develop skills in project management.

The course covers Cisco CCNA 3 and 4, CCNP Switch, Voice over IP, Linux administration, network and wireless security, advanced object-orientated programming, mobile apps, network programming, server scripting and project management.
