Course Description

Develop practical skills and knowledge in commercial and residential cleaning services with the Certificate III in Cleaning Operations.

This course will provide you with the training to use appropriate cleaning and maintenance methods for a variety of situations within the workplace.

You will learn to perform a range of tasks and duties and gain knowledge of:

  • removal of waste and recyclable materials
  • maintenance of storage areas
  • privacy and security requirements for cleaning work
  • client services
  • carpet cleaning
  • cleaning and restoring hardwood floors
  • cleaning glass and window coverings
  • pressure washing
  • infection prevention and control policies.
