You’ll gain strong working knowledge of the tourism and travel sector, including tourism and destinations, tour guiding, customer service, travel product information and networking.
Upon completion of this course you will have skills in:
- sourcing and using information on the tourism and travel industry
- enhancing customer experience
- social and cultural sensitivity
- conflict management
- coaching others in job skills
- interpreting financial information
- implementing safe WHS practices.
You will also gain a strong understanding of international and Australian destinations as well as key skills in processing travel related documents and systems.
