The Bachelor of Laws (Honours) will be awarded on the basis of a student’s Weighted Average Mark (WAM) achieved in in a Bachelor's degree or major in a related discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65% in all LLB units (for Deakin awards) or corresponding units (for awards from other providers) OR other evidence of academic capability judged to be equivalent and their successful completion of two units, one in research methods and one on a research project.
