Students with above average grades are encouraged to undertake a fourth year of advance study in their specialised stream, leading to the degree of Bachelor of Economics with Honours.
Entry Requirements

1. A candidate shall have:

(a) fulfilled the requirements for the AQF Level 7 Bachelor of Economics at the University of New England;
and

(b) completed units with an ECON and/or QM and/or GEPL prefix to the value of at least 24 credit points at 300 level;
and

(c) passed units with an ECON and/or QM and/or GEPL prefix to the value of at least 36 credit points at 200 level or above at Credit level or better;
or

2. fulfilled the requirements of an equivalent AQF Level 7 Bachelor qualification and met requirements considered by the Head of School to be equivalent to those specified in Rule 1.
