Entry requirements

On entry, you will require a letter from a General Practitioner confirming fitness to participate in the simulated health care learning environment e.g. Nursing labs.

We suggest that you need Australian Core Skills Framework literacy of at least 4 across reading, writing, learning, oral communication on your program of study, numeracy skills to successfully complete this program. If you do not have this level. You can still enrol and seek support to improve your skills or you may prefer to begin with the lower level program. This Statement of Attainment (SOA) will give you two units from the Diploma of Nursing program, which is a nationally accredited program. On completion of this SOA, you will receive direct entry into Certificate III in Health Service Assistance or be eligible to apply for the Diploma of Nursing program when you meet the entry requirements.
