Certificate
The Certificate IV in Business qualification provides foundational skills and knowledge needed to start your career in the Business world. You will become competent in a wide range of general information and communications including critical thinking.
Within the qualification you will learn how to design and produce complex spreadsheets, write complex documents, use digital technologies and social media, as well as being able to engage in building business relationships by using communication strategies.
Individuals who work in these fields apply broad sets of skills, including foundational knowledge in critical thinking and customer service skills, to support a range of technologies, processes, procedures, policies, people and clients in a variety of work contexts. This course is offered as off campus self-paced delivery with optional workshops, which you can attend on campus or via Zoom.

All applicants to complete BSKB and must obtain exit level 3 in both literacy and numeracy (working at level 4).
