Diploma
The Diploma in HR Management is suited to people who are already working in Human Resources to further develop their knowledge and skills to progress in their career. It is also suited to those seeking to change their career and move into HR. You will become competent in a wide range of skills including critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
Within the qualification you will learn how to manage a wide range of areas in the HR field. This includes undertaking project work, co-ordinating remuneration and employee benefits, separation and termination processes and industrial relations. Individuals who work in these fields apply broad sets of skills, to support a range of technologies, processes, procedures, policies, people and clients in a variety of work contexts.

All applicants to have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies):, BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes, BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations, BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes. A certified Statement of Results is required if attained other than at Chisholm, or have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience. Candidates claiming this admission requirement must provide a resume and undergo an interview. Where previous qualifications have been completed, a certified Statement of Results is required, Students must complete BSKB and must obtain exit level 3 in both literacy and numeracy (working at level 4).
