About this course

Are you interested in a career in a justice related profession? Students learn how to research, analyse and present information relevant to the criminal justice system and communicate with clients on justice related issues. The intended purpose of this course is to provide participants with a sound grounding in workplace skills, knowledge of organisations and management practice, legal knowledge to work effectively and research in the justice field.

This course has moved into a transition period. All students currently studying this course must complete their study by August 2023. The last date of enrolment for new students is 30.9.21.

This is a nationally recognised accredited course.

Entry requirements

Completion of the bksb (Basic Key Skills Builder) online literacy and numeracy assessment prior to enrolment, unless the student has completed an equal or higher level course.


There are no entry requirements for this course, however, it would be beneficial if applicants have successfully completed a Certificate III level qualification or have completed Year 10 or equivalent with a sound achievement in English or possess relevant work or life experience in the business or justice fields.
