This course is for students that are already employed in the Food Processing industry and it is delivered as on-the-job training as a contractual arrangement with an organisation.

This Certificate is the standard qualification to work in a junior role in the Food Processing industry.

At this level, workers have the technical skills to use a range of machinery and/or equipment to process food and perform routine tasks guided by established procedures.

Students will be given a Statement of Attainment for the units they complete.
