Synopsis: The subject aims to equip students with basic knowledge in all aspects of running and managing a food and beverage outlet concerning the production of quality goods and services, and what are the scientific methods and tools in ensuring the business operations are efficient and effective. It is the management of restaurant resources, the production and distribution of goods and services to customers.
