Synopsis: This subject aims to offer an advanced knowledge of the concepts and tactics of brand management focusing on the hospitality products and services and emphasising an evaluation of branding from a competitive perspective. Discussion on key success factors for formation, extension and internationalisation of branding are also included in this subject. Case studies, assignments, and exams are implemented in facilitating the learning and a range of international brands from the hospitality sector will be examined.
