The Short Course in Digital Transformation aims to provide participants with an understanding of available technologies and their application in improving business processes. It is designed for junior and senior executives without a computing or engineering background.
Course Name: Digital Transformation
Synopsis: The objective of the course is to provide an overview of available technology, and guide participants to go through a reflection process on how technology can improve existing business processes thus leading to the digital transformation of a business.
Learning Outcome: By the end of this course, learners will be able to identify existing technological trends and its benefits, identify available digital tools to improve existing company processes, and identify a low-level change that can be implemented in the workplace to improve business processes and outcomes.
Target Participants: Junior & Senior Executives (Preferably without computing or engineering background)
