Work on an aquaculture farm, a wholesale or retail aquarium, hatcheries and nurseries, and live post-harvest holding facilities. With a focus on hands-on, practical learning in a real aquaculture plant, you will learn about feeding, handling and growing stock, disease management, harvesting, filleting and food hygiene, operating and maintaining aquaculture systems, as well as safe work practices, teamwork, and effective communication in the workplace.
