This micro-credential runs over five weeks, including three weeks of teaching, and two weeks to complete the final assessment.

Your total time commitment is approximately 42 hours, which includes:

  • 6 hours guided online learning
  • 16 hours independent study
  • 20 hours assessment tasks.
Assessment:
  • Critical understanding of theoretical frameworks (30%)
  • Role and analysis of adaptability in the workplace (70%)

Credit for prior study or work

It also offers a pathway - otherwise known as advanced standing - into the Master of Social Policy. To use it this way, you need to complete all four micro-credentials in the Future of Women at Work series, then apply for credit towards the masters.
