Gain a strong evidence base to help you manage time and stress, delegate to and coach others, build adaptability and resilience, and achieve greater alignment between your behaviour, goals and values. Explore strategies to better use your own resources (including personal resources such as psychological wellbeing, resilience and cognitive load) rather than reacting to others.
