Understand how to select the appropriate evaluation approaches, methods and tools for your setting, and how to conduct evaluations in credible and ethical ways. Learn to formulate appropriate evaluation questions and evaluation indicators, and how to engage key stakeholders in the process.
Drawing on theories of change management, you'll explore strategies to optimise how evaluation is used by decision makers. You'll also translate your knowledge into practice by identifying how evaluation can be applied within your own organisation, ultimately leading to better workspace design.
