Explore how workspaces impact employee wellbeing

Discover how workspace design can influence employee productivity, create a sense of belonging, and enhance overall health and wellbeing. Examine contemporary design trends and discussions, and consider how these apply to your own workspace context.

Gain the skills to plan effective evaluations

Develop a fundamental understanding of evaluation - a critical examination methodology - and how it can be applied to workspace design. Learn to plan evaluations using key information including workforce (user) attributes, organisational context, environmental context and design process.

Discover tools and methods to conduct evaluations

Understand how to select the appropriate evaluation approaches, methods and tools for your setting, and how to conduct evaluations in credible and ethical ways. Learn to formulate appropriate evaluation questions and evaluation indicators, and how to engage key stakeholders in the process.

Put theory into practice in your own organisation

Drawing on theories of change management, you'll explore strategies to optimise how evaluation is used by decision makers. You'll also translate your knowledge into practice by identifying how evaluation can be applied within your own organisation, ultimately leading to better workspace design.
